It was a cloudy afternoon. Raindrops tapped against the windowsill and Susie sat in her room on a soft, colourful blanket. Her faithful cat Migotka was purring quietly beside her. Mum was preparing tea in the kitchen and Dad was reading the newspaper in the living room. Susie was a little bored because she couldn't go outside. Suddenly, a bright ray of sunshine ran through the window and danced on the blanket. Susie smiled at Migotka. - Come on, let's play! - she whispered. She and the cat covered herself with the blanket up to the tip of her nose. At that very moment she felt something strange. The blanket became unusually warm and soft, as if someone had cuddled her. But that was not all! As if shimmering stars appeared on the blanket and began to sparkle and swirl. The flicker looked at her with big eyes and gave a quiet "meow". Suddenly, Susie felt the whole room slowly change. Instead of walls, clouds appeared and the floor became a rainbow bridge. Susie heard quiet laughter and the rustling of leaves, although there were neither trees nor wind in the room. - Migotka, can you see it? - whispered the girl. The cat only blinked in agreement. With every breath, Susie had the feeling that the blanket was transporting them somewhere into a whole new world. Then she saw a strange, glowing door in front of her that had never been in her room. The door slowly opened, and behind it something or someone was waiting.... Susie, holding Migotka's paw, took a deep breath and looked inside.
