It was already deep in the night when Marta, Tomek and Iga arrived at the old manor house at the edge of the forest. The building had stood abandoned for years, and there were frightening rumours about it among the local residents. But for the three friends, who loved thrills and mysteries, there was no better place to spend Marta's birthday evening. Shining their torches on each other, they went inside through a creaky door. There was a smell of dust and dampness in the air. The corridors were so long and full of shadows that sometimes even the echo of their footsteps sounded like something more. After a few minutes of wandering, they came to a room that seemed untouched by time. At its end, surrounded by old portraits, stood a huge mirror in a carved frame. - 'See what it looks like,' whispered Iga, stepping closer. Her own reflection seemed hazy, as if the surface of the mirror hid something more than a mere image. Tom, the most sceptical of the group, tapped his finger on the glass. The mirror trembled, and for a moment its surface resembled a sheet of water. - 'Oi, that's impossible,' he said horrified, taking a step back. At the same moment, a strange metallic sound echoed through the room. A soft blue glow began to seep from the mirror and spread across the floor and walls. Fascinated, Marta walked even closer, touched the cool glass and... suddenly her hand disappeared into the mirror's depths. For a moment it seemed that she was about to pull it out, but the hand did not return. Iga screamed and Tom dashed to catch his friend as her silhouette disappeared on the other side. The room became quiet. Only from the mirror did the light grow stronger, reaching out to the other two, hands full of unknown promises.... Would Tom and Iga follow Martha through the portal? And if so - what will they find on the other side?
