One sunny day, Maya and Timothy went with their grandmother to the circus, which had set up its colourful tents in a big green meadow outside the city. There were lots of balloons, laughter and the smell of candyfloss wafting through the air. The circus featured funny monkeys, dancing seals and a very serious lion in a funny toadstool hat. Maja watched the acrobats with delight, and Timothy could not take his eyes off the magician, who pulled not only bunnies out of his hat, but also.... colourful butterflies! After the shows, the children noticed that there was a mysterious purple tent in the corner of the circus square, which was not on the circus map. A magician in a glittering cape stood outside the entrance, waving to the children. "Do you want to see something no one has ever seen before?" he asked in a whisper. Maja and Tymek looked at each other with eyes as big as saucers. They were a little afraid, but curiosity was stronger. They cautiously went inside, and the tent became dark.... and then suddenly....
