Did You Know?

The Fourth Page of the Notebook

The Fourth Page of the Notebook
The school always had a sort of strange smell in the late afternoon, when most of the students had long since left and Sarah and David were searching the nooks and crannies of the empty library. Sara squeezed her notebook tighter. David took a step forward, feeling his heartbeat quicken. It was quiet for a moment and then, unexpectedly, they heard whispers. Silent, barely audible words came from somewhere beneath the floor.... Then Sara noticed a section of the floor exactly like the one in the drawing. And just then a strange, unnatural light flashed....
