The Clock That Stopped Time: A Mystery on a Quiet Street
On Cicha Street, just behind the comic book shop, there was an old watchmaker's shop that none of the kids had ever dared to enter. But Patrycja, Kacper and Lena were not ordinary teenagers - their curiosity was stronger than the warnings of the adults. One cloudy afternoon, when everything seemed dull, they noticed that the door of the establishment was ajar. With a loud clatter of hearts they slipped inside.

A second later, there was silence. However, the grey light of the afternoon no longer came through the window - instead they saw old-fashioned horse-drawn carriages and people dressed as if they were from the 19th century in front of the shop. Lena squeezed Kacper's hand. "I think... have we really travelled back in time?" - she whispered. But before they had time to think about it, slow footsteps and the creaking of an old door sounded in the depths of the establishment. Someone or something moved towards them, and a new, unseen presence could be sensed in the air. The three friends held their breath as the shadow approached the light....
