Susie put on her favourite hat and squeezed her mum's hand tightly. Today was the big day - she was going to see a real circus for the first time! Upon entering the circus courtyard, she saw colourful balloons, clowns riding unicycles and happy dogs in hats. Everything was sparkling and laughing at her. Susie watched in awe, not knowing where to look first. Suddenly, a huge red tent in the corner of the square caught her eye. It was all sprinkled with gold glitter and decorated with mysterious stars. A sign hung in front of the entrance: "For the brave only!" Around the tent were colourful parrots and a funny little dog in a bow tie. No children were going inside. Susie felt a thrill of excitement. She moved slowly towards the mysterious tent, and inside she heard quiet music and strange giggles. She looked inside... and then something extraordinary happened! What happened next?
