Silver fox night hike
The forest beyond the town was very different at night. The trees seemed taller, the shadows denser and the sounds mysterious. A silver-haired young fox with a fluffy tail and sparkling eyes was known among the animals as the area's greatest explorer. On that special night, he waited for his friends under the old oak tree - the hedgehog Hermes and the owl Clare.
Hermes arrived first, munching the last acorn he could find. Clara swooped down silently, almost without moving the air. Silver looked at them with excitement.
- 'Have you heard about those mysterious lights in the clearing yet? - He asked in a whisper. Clare turned her head and Hermes trembled with excitement.
- 'My cousin at the other end of the forest saw them last night,' replied the owl. - He said they looked like blue flashes.
- Maybe they are people? - Hermes wondered. - 'But after all, nobody's been coming here lately.
The fox nodded. - 'We'll have to check it out tonight. There's no telling if there'll be a mystery to unravel tomorrow.
Under the cover of darkness, the three set off deeper into the forest. Each step seemed louder than usual. On the way, they passed a rabbit who warned them not to stray from the main path because something strange was lurking between the trees. Nevertheless, they did not turn back.
When they reached a clearing, they stopped in the shade of the bushes. And that's when they saw it - swirling blue lights floated above the ground, forming shapes resembling .... animals! One of the spirit foxes looked straight at Silver and whispered his name. The friends froze in place. Something extraordinary was about to happen....
