Basiula the spoon likes to laugh out loud, Gucio the pot tells funny stories and Celina the confectioner always knows the latest gossip from the table. One night, when the moon was shining exceptionally brightly, Sólka - the little salt shaker - heard a quiet knocking coming from behind the oldest cupboard door. The objects stopped in mid-sentence. - Did you hear that? - whispered Sólka. - I don't hear anything, maybe it's the wind? - muttered Pot Gucio, although he too was a little frightened.
