Ola and Zuzia were sisters and really enjoyed visiting Grandma Jadzia in the countryside. One rainy afternoon, the girls decided to go exploring in the old attic. There were boxes full of toys, books and lots of strange things. Suddenly, Susie noticed an old wooden clock with huge hands and a funny button on top. - Ola! Look what a big clock! - exclaimed Susie. Ola went over and looked at the clock. Above the dial was engraved a strange number: 1867. - I wonder what will happen when we press this button? - Zuzia asked. Both girls pressed the button. Suddenly, the clock began to light up and the whole attic swirled. Ola gripped Zuzia's hand tightly. They felt as if they were falling, and coloured lights shimmered around them. When they opened their eyes, instead of the attic they saw a completely different world! They were standing in a green meadow, strange, large birds were grazing all around them, and trees they had never seen before were growing next to them. In the distance they could hear the laughter of children dressed in ancient costumes. Suddenly, something very strange jumped out from behind a bush - it had fur like a rabbit, ears like an elephant and a tail like a squirrel! - Hello! - said the creature with a broad smile. - Where did you come from? Ola and Zuzia looked at each other with wide eyes. They tried to answer, but suddenly...
