Mr Hat was well-known throughout the town because he never took off his huge, colourful hat. He also had a dog, Fafika, who instead of barking, quietly laughed through his nose and loved mischief. One morning Mr Hat opened the garden door and... he rubbed his eyes in amazement! There were bubbles in the air. Big ones, small ones, and some so strange they looked like jelly dots. Fafik jumped up, chased the bubbles and tried to catch them with his paws.
