Julka and the Invisible Cloak
Julka lived in a yellow house at the end of a quiet street. She really enjoyed watching the clouds through the window and making up adventures for her cat. One afternoon, as Julka was getting ready to go to the park, she noticed a strange silvery cape on a hanger. It was cool to the touch and looked as if someone had sewn it out of mist and moonlight.
Julka quickly put the cape on and looked in the mirror. "Oh dear, where are my hands?" - she exclaimed. Only the tips of her fingers were left of her hands! Julka started laughing and dancing around the room, and every time she moved, she became less and less visible. "I have a superpower - I'm invisible!" - she exclaimed happily.
She couldn't wait to tell her best friend Filip, who lived a few houses away, about everything. Philip was very curious about the world and loved experiments. As soon as Julka showed him the cape, the boy jumped up with joy. "Let's go to the park and see what else you can do!" - Philip suggested.
There were plenty of adventures waiting for them in the park. Squirrels were scampering around and sparrows were chirping on the branches. Julka, wearing an invisibility cloak, tried to walk quietly between the bushes. Suddenly, they both heard a strange, soft rustling in the dense bushes by the pond. Something was moving there, as if someone or something really wanted the children to discover them....
Julka and Philip looked at each other with difficulty holding back laughter and moved cautiously towards the rustling bushes.
