Labyrinth of Feelings
The silence of the night pierced the air as the four adults stood in front of an old, ivy-covered gate. Kasia, Tomasz, Lena and Michael had come here out of sheer curiosity - they had heard so much about the legendary Labyrinth of Feelings, hidden on the edge of town. None of them expected that this place would draw them into a whirlwind of challenges they never planned to experience.
One step through the rusting gate was enough for the world around them to change. The walls of the hedge twisted endlessly and each path looked different from the last. There was a silence in the air full of anticipation. At the first crossroads hung a small sign that read: "In this labyrinth you will meet your emotions. Which path will you choose first - courage, sadness, joy or anger?"
After a short, tense deliberation, they decided to split into two pairs to solve the puzzle of the labyrinth more quickly. Kasia and Michael moved towards the path of Sorrow, lazily bathed in blue light, while Thomas and Lena took the path of Wrath, where a storm hung in the air and a trembling scarlet pierced the air.
Kasia felt her heart grow strangely heavy and fleeting images of the past began to appear around her - lost friendships, unfulfilled dreams, words she regretted. Michael, despite his desire to be supportive, began to feel a growing sense of regret himself. The sounds of the world grew quieter and the echo of her own thoughts became too loud. Three doors appeared in front of them: on one, tears; on the second, closed hands; on the third, emptiness.
Meanwhile, Lena and Thomas, walking along the path of Wrath, heard a growing noise, as if each muffled scream from the past was trying to make its way to the surface. With each passing moment, their anxiety grew, and shadows reminiscent of their own appeared next to them, exaggerated to the extreme.
At a crossroads, amidst the tangled emotions, a bell suddenly sounded - quite as if someone or something wanted their attention. The door in front of Kasia and Michael began to open slowly, and a shadow moved down the middle of the labyrinth. Is it just imagination, or is there someone else in this labyrinth besides them?
For the moment, they each knew only one thing - they had to decide which door to go through before the maze closed behind them for good....
