Nela finds a silver rocket in the woods and meets Bobo from Zumbum. When a glowing map appears, their strange journey is just about to begin.
One sunny afternoon, Nela was playing in the woods near her house when something flashed between the trees.
She padded closer through the grass and stopped in her tracks. There, half-hidden by ferns, stood a silver rocket. It was tiny, shiny, and round-windowed, with a little button by the door that said Start.
Nela reached out and pressed it.
The door slid open with a soft hum, and inside sat a strange little creature with blue feelers. He gave her a big smile and waved.
"Hi! I'm Bobo from the planet Zumbum," he said in a thin voice. "I'm looking for someone to help me find the missing star."
Nela's eyes lit up. "I'll help you!"
The moment she climbed inside, the rocket began to tremble. Red, green, and gold lights blinked all around her. Then a map lit up on the wall, and one tiny dot on it started to pulse like a heartbeat.
Bobo leaned closer and whispered, "We're ready to go... but do you know what that dot is pointing to?"
Before Nela could answer, the rocket gave a gentle shake and slowly lifted off the ground.
